JAG Files Brief on Behalf of 126 Members of U.S. House of Representatives in TX Election Case

Here is an Amicus Brief that Bill Olson, Jeremiah Morgan, Robert Olson, Herb Titus and I filed today for 106 Members of the U.S. House in the Texas v. Pennsylvania case. The lead plaintiff is Congressman Mike Johnson of Louisiana and he is an incredible leader.
