President Donald J. Trump’s Prospects for the United States Supreme Court

The following is a list of all President Trump’s Supreme Court prospects. Trump has published four lists totaling forty-six (46) prospects. He has elevated two prospects to the United States Supreme Court, leaving a current list of forty-four (44) prospects.

Trump published an initial list of eleven (11) prospects on May 18, 2016, a second list of ten (10) prospects on September 23, 2016, a third list of five (5) prospects on November 17, 2017, and a fourth list of twenty (20) prospects on September 9, 2020.

These lists are provided below in reverse chronological order. The offices of the prospects are listed below. In some cases, those offices differ from the office they occupied at the time they were added to the prospect list.
