Pressure Grow for Judicial Accountability Against Judicial Activism Resistance

There is a growing sense that it may be time to press for judicial accountability concerning activist nationwide injunctions.


There are many remedies. If the Supreme Court does not quickly reign in these numerous abuses of judicial power, the President and Congress may act and limit single un-elected District Court judges from acting as Legislative/Executive/Judicial Kings.


Here is an example with a district court ruling blocking the Trump administration from implementing rules impacting Planned Parenthood.
