Supreme Court to Decide Whether Gender Disclaiming is a Constitutional Right


Today, the Supreme Court agreed to decide cases next year concerning "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" in public bathrooms and the workplace.

One question the Court will answer is whether adult men have a constitutional right to dress up in women's clothing and use public restrooms with young girls?

These cases have been on the horizon for nearly a decade but the Supreme Court has now decided to take them.
